The rate per night is $190.  Rentals of less than 3 nights are assessed a $75 cleaning fee.

 

 

2009 Rates

 

For April and May, our rate is $170 per night, Sunday through Thursday.  Fridays and Saturdays in April and May, as well as every other night throughout the year is $220 per night.  This is for up to 9 people.    For stays of less than 3 nights, a cleaning fee of $75 will be incurred.
